Some days are better than others. Some weeks are better than others. Some months are better than others. Setbacks happen. It has been a crazy few weeks for me with ups and downs. It is just an opportunity to rise up and get back on track.
With that, I made this daily meal plan sheet to help me. I am working on a weekly one...hopefully coming soon. I made this for myself, but perhaps it can help someone else as well.
