My friend was so generous and gave me some fresh produce from her garden. I made this salsa with some of it and loved it! Much better than the stuff in the jar. Another bad cell phone pic...sorry! The measurements on this are approximate. Feel free to add them to your own taste.
Ingredients
2 Anaheim peppers, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 dash of cumin
1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
